What do you need for your sport?

Start with the sport and the venue. Indoor sports such as table tennis, badminton, handball, basketball and volleyball quickly get warm, so a light T-shirt and a pair of shorts are usually all you need. Outdoor sports such as football, running, tennis and padel depend on the weather, and here it makes sense to be able to add or remove a layer. Darts is played at a calmer pace, where comfort and style matter more than ventilation.

What almost all sports have in common is that the top is the piece of sportswear you use most. It needs to be light, dry quickly and fit so that it neither rides up nor gets in the way of your arms. That is why we started Zilenzo with T-shirts.

Men's sportswear and women's sportswear

Zilenzo's men's and women's styles are not the same T-shirt in two colours. Each has its own cut and its own measurements in the size guide, which you will find on the product page. The easiest way to get it right is to lay a T-shirt you already like flat on a table, measure the width under the arms and the length from shoulder to hem, and compare with the guide.

If you want more room around the body, go up a size. If you like your kit to sit close, stick to your usual size, as the fit is already designed to follow your movement without feeling tight.

Find clothing for your sport

Each sport has its own page with advice on fit, colours and rules. If you play table tennis, you can read what the ball colour rule means for your choice of shirt. For badminton and padel, it is all about quick changes of direction and arms that need to go overhead. Football and handball call for kit that can handle contact and frequent washing, while running clothes need to be light and must not chafe on long runs. Basketball, volleyball, tennis and darts each have their own guide too.

Every design starts with a sport and a mood, which we describe to an artificial intelligence. It comes back with a long list of pattern and colour ideas, and we hand-pick and refine the few that suit the cut and the movements of the sport. We do not hide it: it is the very idea behind the brand.
