Tracksuits
Tracksuit or training set?
A tracksuit is the classic version: a full-zip jacket and a pair of long trousers. The term training set is used more broadly for anything that belongs together, such as a quarter zip and trousers, a hoodie and joggers, or a T-shirt and shorts. The classic tracksuit is great for warming up, travelling to away matches and time on the bench. A T-shirt and shorts set is for the training itself, when it is warm enough.
Materials: shiny, matt or soft
Polyester tracksuits have a smooth, often slightly shiny surface. They are light, dry quickly, don't crease and stand up to lots of washes, which is why they are popular with teams. Sets in sweatshirt fabric or cotton are softer and warmer, but heavier and slower to dry, so they are better suited to leisure than to hard training. A matt, stretchy synthetic fabric sits in between and works both in the sports hall and day to day.

Fit and separate sizes
A men's tracksuit is usually cut with straight legs and broader shoulders, while unisex sets have a more neutral cut designed to fit many body shapes. Many people need different sizes on top and bottom, so check whether the jacket and trousers can be bought in separate sizes. The jacket should zip all the way up over a T-shirt, and the trousers should leave room to run and stretch without feeling tight over the thigh.
Matching kit for teams and clubs
A matching set for the whole team makes a strong impression at matches and tournaments. Ask your club whether there are requirements for colours, logos or shirt numbers, and collect sizes from every player before you order. Choose a fabric that can be washed often without fading and a cut that works for both the youngest and the oldest players. AI design on matching sets
Every Zilenzo design starts with a sport and a mood. Artificial intelligence gives us a pile of ideas for patterns and colours, and we choose and adapt them so they suit the cut and the way the body moves. On a set, the top and bottom need to work together, and we will take that on when the first sets are made. Until then, you can see the method on our T-shirts.
